Rentals: Guide for Renters

The Rental Marketplace allows you to access unique experiences without the commitment of a full purchase.

1. Finding and Renting an Asset​

  1. Navigate to the "/rentals" page to browse all assets currently available for rent.
  2. Each card displays the asset, the price, and the valid rental period.
  3. Click the "Rent Now" button on any item you wish to rent.
  4. You will be prompted to sign a transaction to pay the rental price.

2. Your Rental Receipt​

Upon successful payment, you will receive a RentalReceipt NFT in your wallet. This is a non-transferable "ticket" that proves your right to use the experience.

You can view your active rentals in your Dashboard under the "My Rentals" tab. This receipt is what you would present to a provider to be redeemed (e.g., by having them scan its QR code). Once the rental period ends, the receipt expires and has no further utility.
